Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Neerus account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all designer tags and packaging preserved for a successful pickup.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item passes our warehouse quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
